Hi! I’m Sandra.
I started my career in web development and technical support, and more recently gained frontline operational experience as a Tax Professional at H&R Block.
Working in both technical and client-facing roles showed me how much workflow design, information structure, and system usability influence day-to-day work. That experience sparked my interest in UX, product thinking, and workflow-focused design.
I enjoy analyzing how people interact with systems, identifying workflow friction, and understanding how technology can support users in complex, real-world environments.
My background includes web development, API integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and cross-functional collaboration, giving me both technical and operational perspectives when approaching problems.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, travelling, hiking, and learning about personal finance and decision-making.
