About Me

Hi! I’m Sandra, a web developer and technical support professional with a growing interest in product workflows, UX, and operationally-focused technology.

My background combines frontend development experience with real-world operational exposure through my recent work as a Tax Professional at H&R Block. Working in a high-volume, client-facing environment gave me a deeper understanding of how system design, workflow structure, and information presentation directly affect efficiency, accuracy, and user confidence.

On the technical side, I’ve worked with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, RESTful APIs, TailwindCSS, Material UI, and testing tools such as Cypress and Vitest. I enjoy building responsive web experiences, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating across teams to improve how systems work for real users.

What interests me most is the intersection between technology and human workflows — especially how internal tools and digital products can better support people in fast-paced operational environments.

Outside of technology, I enjoy reading, travelling, and exploring hiking trails. Recently, I’ve become increasingly interested in personal finance, decision-making, and behavioural thinking, which has added another layer to how I think about systems and user behaviour.
